The challenge
Tresmode is a premium footwear brand catering to urban professionals and fashion-forward shoppers. The earlier website had a dated layout, inconsistent branding, and weak navigation. Product discovery was a major friction point. Lack of storytelling around craftsmanship and new arrivals also affected customer retention.
What we did
- Developed a high-end aesthetic using full-bleed visuals, modern serif fonts, and a refined color palette to match the brand's premium identity.
- Created intuitive navigation based on gender, occasion (Workwear, Evening, Casual), and style (Loafers, Heels, Sneakers).
- Enhanced PDPs with integrated size guides, delivery estimates, and customer reviews.
- Used metafields to display 'Italian design', 'handcrafted soles', and 'premium leather' highlights.
- Revamped homepage to include seasonal lookbooks, celebrity style features, and Instagram shop integration.
- Improved mobile UX with simplified CTA placement in thumb zones and sticky 'Buy Now' buttons for faster actions.

How we would approach yours
Every engagement starts the same way: a free audit of the store as it stands today — speed, technical SEO, checkout friction and paid efficiency — followed by a prioritised roadmap that puts effort against expected impact. You keep the findings whether or not we go further.
From there the work runs in weekly sprints against a live staging link, on fixed scope, with design, development and marketing in one team. That last part is why a conversion problem gets diagnosed once here rather than being passed between two agencies who each think it belongs to the other.
