White label Shopify development —
your brand, our execution
A Shopify Select Partner bench you can put your own name on. For agencies who have won more work than they can build, and freelancers who have won more than they can build alone.
- Mutual NDA before any brief
- Zero contact with your client
- Fixed scope or retained hours
The only question that matters
Every agency considering a white-label partner is asking one thing: will you go around me and take my client? Everything below is how we answer that in writing rather than in reassurance.
NDA before anything else
Signed mutual NDA before we see a brief, a repo or a client name. If you would rather brief us with the client anonymised entirely, that works too — we do not need to know who they are to build it.
We never contact your client
No exceptions and no accidents. Communication runs through you. Our team does not appear on their calls, their Slack, or their inbox unless you explicitly ask us to join under your brand.
Your brand on everything
Deliverables, documentation, staging links and reports carry your branding. Nothing we hand over identifies us unless you want it to.
A delivery slot you can promise against
We block capacity and give you a date you can quote to your client with confidence, rather than a best-effort estimate you have to hedge.
What agencies use us for
Overflow development
You have won more than your team can build this quarter. We take the surplus rather than you turning work away or hiring against a spike.
Shopify Plus builds beyond your scope
B2B portals, multi-store, headless Hydrogen, custom checkout logic — the work that needs a Plus specialist you do not have on staff.
Migrations
WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Wix to Shopify, with the URL mapping and 301 planning that keeps your client's rankings intact.
Theme and app work
Custom themes from Figma, OS 2.0 upgrades, private apps and third-party integrations.
Ongoing maintenance
Retained support hours behind your SLA, so you can offer a maintenance product without staffing a support desk.
A full delivery bench
Design, front end, Liquid, apps, SEO and paid media — so you can say yes to a scope wider than your team.
How we charge
Fixed scope, per project
A written scope and a fixed figure after a short technical call. Best when the brief is defined and you need a number you can quote your client against with a margin you control. No hourly billing and no change-order surprises.
Retained hours, per month
A block of development hours each month for ongoing and unpredictable work — fixes, small features, theme changes, integrations. Most agencies with an existing client base end up here, because it lets them sell a maintenance product without staffing a support desk.
We quote after a call rather than publishing a rate card, because white-label pricing depends on volume and commitment. Tell us what you have coming and we will come back with a figure in a business day.
Questions agencies ask
Will you ever contact my client directly?
No. Communication runs through you, your client's name can stay redacted from our side entirely, and our team does not join their calls or channels unless you ask us to under your brand. It is written into the NDA rather than left as a promise, because we know it is the only question that really matters on this page.
Can reporting and documentation be white-labelled?
Yes. Audits, technical documentation, QA reports and performance reporting all ship in your branding with no reference to us. Staging environments sit on a neutral domain or on yours, whichever you prefer.
How do you price white-label work?
Two models. Fixed scope per project, quoted after a short technical call — best when the brief is well defined and you need a number to quote your client against. Or a retained block of hours per month for ongoing and unpredictable work, which most agencies with an existing client base end up preferring. We will tell you which fits your situation rather than pushing the one that suits us.
What's your turnaround?
For scoped project work we commit to a date at the point of quoting and block the capacity for it. For retained hours, requests are queued and we agree a standard response window at onboarding. We would rather quote a date we can hold than the fastest date that sounds good on a call.
Do you work with freelancers, or only agencies?
Both. A number of our white-label partners are individual designers or developers who win work they cannot build alone. The NDA and process are identical regardless of the size of your team.
What if we need you on a client call?
That is fine, and it happens. We join under your brand, introduced however you like — as your development team, your Shopify specialists, whatever fits the relationship you have built. We take our cue from you and we never volunteer our own company name.
Which platforms do you cover?
Shopify and Shopify Plus are our specialism and where we are a Select Partner. We also handle migrations onto Shopify from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Wix. We do not take white-label work on platforms we are not genuinely good at — we would rather decline than have you deliver something mediocre under your name.
