Scope before enthusiasm
Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed price. Nobody on the team is incentivised to discover extra work halfway through your build.
Builders, not resellers
Themes, apps, migrations and campaigns are all done in-house in Bengaluru. When something breaks at 11pm, the person who wrote it is the person who fixes it.
You talk to the makers
No account-manager relay. The developer and the marketer running your store are in the same thread you are.
We stay past launch
Most of our work is with brands we launched years ago. That only happens if the thing we shipped kept working.
