Shopify development for Delhi NCR brands
Delhi NCR is India's apparel capital and its hardest logistics market. We build Shopify stores for ethnic wear labels, apparel exporters and NCR D2C brands — and we build them around the two things that decide whether they make money here: cash on delivery and returns.
Brands we build and scale

COD and returns are the whole margin conversation in NCR.
Cash on delivery is not a payment method in this market, it is a business model risk. NCR sees some of India's highest COD share and highest return-to-origin rates, and a store built without accounting for that will show healthy revenue and unhealthy books. RTO eats the shipping both ways plus the handling, and it does not show up in your Shopify dashboard as a loss.
We build the countermeasures in: OTP verification on COD orders above a threshold, partial prepaid incentives, address quality checks before dispatch, and pincode-level serviceability rules so you stop shipping into routes that never convert.
The second NCR pattern is the exporter going D2C. You have manufacturing, you have quality, and you have never sold a single unit to an end customer. That is a different build — sizing for a domestic body-size distribution, returns policy written for consumers rather than buyers, and a brand story that has never had to exist before.
Built for NCR's categories and logistics
Ethnic & occasion wear
Sarees, lehengas and suits — stitching options, made-to-measure inputs, fabric and drape detail, and the size guidance this category lives or dies on.
COD & RTO control
OTP confirmation, risk scoring, prepaid incentives and address validation. Most NCR stores can cut RTO meaningfully without cutting COD.
Exporter to D2C
Manufacturers launching their own consumer brand — catalogue, sizing, brand identity and the first storefront.
Courier & fulfilment
Multi-courier routing, serviceability rules and automated returns so operations stop being manual.
Meta & Google Ads
Performance marketing tuned for a market where prepaid conversion is the metric that actually matters.
Returns & exchanges
Self-serve exchange flows that keep the revenue in the business instead of refunding it out.
Questions we get every week
Can you reduce my COD return-to-origin rate?
Usually yes, and it is often the single highest-return change we make for an NCR brand. The levers are OTP confirmation on COD orders above a value threshold, a small prepaid discount to shift the payment mix, address quality validation before dispatch, and pincode-level rules that stop you shipping into routes with poor delivery history. None of these require you to switch COD off.
Do you work with brands in Gurgaon and Noida?
Yes — Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Delhi proper. Our team is based in Bengaluru and we work with NCR clients remotely, with on-site visits for kickoff or launch where a project needs it.
We manufacture and export. Can you build our first D2C store?
Yes, and it is a category of work we do often. Going from B2B export to consumer D2C is not just a storefront — it is consumer sizing rather than buyer specs, a returns policy written for individuals, product photography that has never been needed before, and a brand identity that has to carry the store. We scope all of that as part of the build.
Which courier integrations do you support?
Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees and DTDC directly, plus aggregators like Shiprocket and Pickrr. We also set up multi-courier routing so orders go to whichever partner performs best on that pincode rather than a single default.
How do you handle stitching and made-to-measure options?
Through custom variant and line-item property setups — customers supply measurements or select stitching preferences at the product level, and those flow through to your fulfilment team on the order. For complex cases we build a Shopify Function or a small custom app rather than stacking apps on top of each other.
